Appointments can be scheduled between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Saturday

The Three Stages

Projects are implemented in three stages: Assessment, Plan, and Follow-Up.

  • Assessment: This is a discovery meeting where we meet face-to-face at your location.  We will get acquainted with the situation you want to improve on and work together to identify your needs and goals.  We'll create a tailored plan and agree on a realistic schedule that we're both comfortable with.  Once this plan and schedule are created, you can decide if our consultant has provided you with all the help you need to get started, or if you would like us to come back and be right next to you during some or all of the work that will need to be done to attain those goals you want to reach.
  • Plan: In this phase we roll up our sleeves and dig in with the work that was agreed to in the assessment stage.  This is where you will begin to quickly realize the fruits of your own efforts.
  • Follow-up: The solutions put in place are evaluated in terms of ongoing maintenance and usability. Strategies are reworked as needed.

Pricing

  • Our hourly rate for on-site, hands-on-organizing is $65 per hour, with a 3-hour minimum
  • We offer packages with reduced pricing:
    • 10 hours for $550 ($100 savings) 
    • 20 hours for $1000 ($300 savings)
  • We also offer special pricing arrangements to include an organizing consultant and additional "labor" for labor intensive jobs, i.e. garages, etc.
  • Telephone (no long-distant charges to you!) and on-line consultations will be billed at the hourly rate of your contract in increments of 15 minutes, with a 15 minute minimum charge
  • Workshop pricing varies according to individual needs, or will be posted on upcoming workshop.

Notes

  • Payment is due at start of project or end of each individual session; however packages must be paid for in advance.
  • We have a 3 hour minimum with each appointment.
  • Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to appointment, or client will be billed for 2 hours.
  • All gift certificates expire 12 months after purchase date.

Payment

We accept cash and checks. Payment is due at the end of each session. We also accept credit card payments through www.paypal.com.  Register with paypal and then send payment to Daphne@BringBalance.com

Please Note:  A 2% surcharge is added to your total for credit card transactions.
